　　故事梗概：
　　圣诞节顿时就要到了，精灵们正在夜以继日地为全天下的孩子预备圣诞礼物。按照圣诞老人法例，圣诞老人必须在今年圣诞节前找到一位妻子，才可以继续他的工作。恰好圣诞老人的儿子查理因调皮被列入今年度坏孩子名单，圣诞老人只得返回家中一面增强对查理的治理，一面寻觅可以恋爱的工具。
　　为了不让圣诞老人的分开影响到精灵们的工作，小精灵克里斯和布纳德操纵新发现的机械复制了一个塑料圣诞老人，由它取代圣诞老人治理这里的工作。
　　回抵家的圣诞老人很快规复了他斯考特师长的身份，查理地点黉舍的校长卡洛尔对查理很是头疼，她屡次找到斯考特希望他可以多花一些时候在孩子身上。经过打仗，斯考特逐步爱上了卡洛尔，他用魔法给卡洛尔带去欢笑，卡洛尔也起头对斯考特发生好感，但当斯考特向她流露自己就是传闻中的圣诞老人时，卡洛尔以为自己被嘲谑，愤慨地将斯考特轰出了家门。
　　正在斯考特为了找不到妻子而烦心时，克里斯忽然出现。他告诉斯考特塑料圣诞老人擅自变动了好孩子、坏孩子名单，并让一切的小精灵停止生产玩具，而是用煤块作为礼物发给全天下的孩子。斯考特必须返回北极，阻止他的行为。但斯考特的麋鹿却因馋嘴吃下了太多的巧克力而没法行动，幸亏牙仙子实时出现，将斯考特和克里斯送回了北极。
　　出乎料想地，塑料圣诞老人复制了大量玩具军队，斯考特和克里斯刚刚返回便被擒。塑料圣诞老人驾着雪橇预备起头送礼物，此时查理和卡洛尔忽然出现，是牙仙子带他们来到了这里。被解救的斯考特敏捷追逐塑料圣诞老人，终究在他分开北极前将其带回。卡洛尔终究相信这天下上真的有圣诞老人存在，而那小我居然就是身旁的斯考特。
　　在精灵们的祝愿声中，斯考特和卡洛尔举行了简单浪漫的婚礼，此时斯科特要驾着雪橇给孩子们送礼物了，查理第一次为自己具有这样奇异而巨大的父亲感应自豪，而卡洛尔也将起头她“圣诞太太”的奇妙生活。
