◎简　　介

　　70岁高龄的本（罗伯特·德尼罗 Robert De Niro 饰）年轻时是个奇迹有成的贩子，退休后不甘孤单重返职场，以高龄练习生的身份加入了茱儿（安妮·海瑟薇 Anne Hathaway 饰）开办的时髦购物网站。一路头，本与公司的年轻人显得格格不入，可是性情随和的他很快赢得了同事们的好感与信赖。

.导演南希·迈耶斯一路头筹算要约请杰克·尼克尔森出演本·惠特克，后来这个脚色交给了德尼罗。

.海瑟薇的脚色原定由瑞茜·威瑟斯彭出演。

.派拉蒙公司原本筹算投拍本片时，那时女配角人选蒂娜·菲。
