◎简 介
年轻的真千子（尾野真千子 饰）没法从孩子短命的哀痛中走出，她与丈夫（齐藤阳一郎 饰）仳离，疾苦不胜，生不如死。真千子来到奈良北部乡下，成为当地的智障中心的一位办事职员。在这里，她熟悉了名叫茂树（宇田茂树 饰）的老人。茂树30年前痛失爱妻，几十年来始终沉醉在对往事的追思中，没法自拔。
某天茂树决议去远方的森林为妻子省墓，真千子作为他的监护人一同前往。两个具有着不幸曩昔的人踏上了寻觅生命意义的旅途……
