行动片明星比利（李小龙&唐龙 饰）比来频频遭受骚扰，本来邪恶团体头目兰德博士成心掌控在澳门举行的国际搏击大赛，希望比利可以入伙，但是比利的拒绝令他们拊膺切齿。比利与歌星女友安一同出行，被兰德一伙截路殴打，比利决议奋起抵挡，由于担忧女友的安危只得忍受。未几，比利在片场遭暗害，面部受创，随行将计就计放出灭亡消息麻痹兰德。在搏击角逐时代，比利潜入澳门，将兰德的选手击溃，使其计划破产。随后比利孤身一人前往兰德团伙焦点大楼，在层层应战中伐罪仇人……
本片在李小龙归天后用他生前拍摄的片断补拍而成，大部分镜头中比利这一脚色由唐龙饰演。
