纳什·韦德(凯文·哈特 饰)比来喝水塞牙放屁砸脚，不顺到了极至，坐飞机公出时受尽了羞辱与惊吓，他一怒之下将航空公司告上了法庭。判决成果呢？真是应了阿迪达斯为奥运年预备的那句新广告语：：“Impossible is nothing(没什么是不成能的)”，他居然获赔了1亿美金，乐得梦里都张着嘴。暴富后的韦德敏捷滋生了一个胡想：他要斥地史上第一条只供黑人搭乘的航班。在表兄马格西(迈瑟德·曼 饰)的帮助下，韦德建立了由自己姓名缩写命名的NWA航班--合适都会观光者的全方位办事航班。
NWA航班挺拔独行，具有最顶级的办事：性感火辣的空姐、无穷放送的灵魂乐、忘情热舞的夜总会、以及终极享用的推拿浴缸……一切乘客城市油但是生翻身农奴把讴歌的快感，固然，您的肤色必须合适标准。洛杉矶--纽约，童贞航一切预备停当，驾驶舱内的嘻哈机长麦克(史努比·道格 饰)胸有成竹，虽然他只在海湾州感导院接管过有限的飞翔练习。但白人乘客艾尔维斯·亨基(汤姆·阿诺德 饰)慌忙之间将NWA错以为西北航空公司，带着新处的女友和两个不听话的孩子误上了这架韦德经心构建的灵魂客机，因而麻烦到了，好戏开演了……
