◎简 介
纽约34街柯氏百货公司戴德节游行中，负责活动的华克太太，要求神似圣诞老人的克里斯替换酒醉出丑的汤尼饰演圣诞老人，克里斯慈爱、和善的笑脸，赢得很多小孩的爱好，惟独早熟的苏珊不相信圣诞老人的存在；因而她便相克里斯要求一间屋子、一个弟弟和一个父亲作为圣诞礼物，藉此考验克里斯能否是真的圣诞老人。此时克里斯的盛名令柯氏死对头－捷克百货眼红，遂设想谗谄克里斯，冲击柯氏；华克太太请来好友布莱恩为克里斯辩解，在一场令法官也为难的听证会中，奇迹出现了……
