德国作曲家韦伯谱写的三幕歌剧《自在射手》（剧名原文意为“魔弹射手”，全球普遍译为“自在射手”），是德国第一部浪漫主义歌剧，首演于1821年6月18日柏林剧院。剧本以现代欧洲官方关于《黑猎人》的传闻为题材编写，在音乐创作上有很多独到之处，在音乐史上有很重要的意义。
这部歌剧我也只要DVD版的表演录像，但我以为古典歌剧的前50部典范中不能少了这部，所以爽性就发一个按照这部歌剧拍摄的歌剧电影吧！视频是网上已压制好的制品，我就拿来转发一下。
如同我国的戏曲电影一样，欧洲的古典音乐作品（包括歌剧、芭蕾等）百年来都拍摄了很多的电影版本（不包括纯电影改编版），大都之内外景连系的方式拍摄，但保存了原作品中的全数首要唱段。相对来说，电影版古典歌剧观众更轻易接管和了解。
马克思在射击角逐中输了，假如第二天还输的话，他就不能和守林长库诺的女儿阿加特成婚了。被魔鬼控制的卡斯帕尔拐骗马克斯到狼谷中去铸造能射中任何方针的魔弹，黑暗要求魔鬼让马克斯替他下天堂。第二天，角逐继续停止，公爵指着一只白鸽要马克斯射击，阿加挺拔即阻止马克思不要开枪，说白鸽是她的化身！但为时已晚，马克斯的子弹已出膛，阿加特回声倒地。随之奇迹出现了，子弹在空直达了弯儿，射死了躲在树上的卡斯帕尔，而阿加特只是昏了曩昔……
